1. Information We Collect
- Account data — name, email, password and billing details.
- Workspace content — the documents, projects and files you create or upload.
- Usage & technical data — IP address, device/browser data, logs and cookies.
2. How We Use Your Data
To provide and maintain the Service, process subscriptions and payments, provide support, send service and transactional emails, secure the platform and comply with law. We do not sell your personal data.
3. AI Processing
When you use AI features, the relevant content is processed by third-party AI providers acting as our processors. We send only what is necessary and do not use your private content to train public models.
4. Legal Bases (GDPR)
As we are established in Italy, the GDPR applies. We process data to perform our contract, on consent where required, for our legitimate interests in operating a secure Service, and to comply with law. The Italian Garante is our lead supervisory authority.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal (PCI-DSS compliant). We do not store full card numbers.
6. Data Sharing & Retention
We share data only with processors that help run the Service (hosting, AI providers, object storage, email, payments) under data-processing agreements, or where required by law. We retain data while your account is active and as required by law.
