Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to Organized Chaos subscriptions, operated by StoresWiki LLC, Via Giuseppe Mazzini 4, Belpasso, 95032, CT, Italia.

1. Cancellation

You may cancel anytime from your account settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the current paid billing period and will not renew thereafter.

2. Refunds

Contact [email protected] within 14 days of your initial purchase for a full refund of that initial payment. Renewal payments are generally non-refundable once the new period has begun, except where required by mandatory law (including EU/Italian consumer rights).

3. Free Plan & Trials

The free plan is always free. Where a trial is offered, you will not be charged until it ends; cancel before then to avoid charges.

4. How to Request

Email [email protected] with your account email and the charge in question. Approved refunds go to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
