These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Organized Chaos and its websites, dashboards and APIs (the "Service"), operated by StoresWiki LLC, Via Giuseppe Mazzini 4, Belpasso, 95032, CT, Italia. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Organized Chaos is a subscription-based workspace for documents, projects and knowledge management, with AI-assisted features. Features available depend on the plan you select.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance monthly or annually through our payment processors (Stripe and PayPal). Fees are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You authorise us to charge your payment method for applicable fees.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the documents and content you create in the Service. You grant us only the limited rights needed to host, process and display your content to operate the Service. You are responsible for the legality of the content you upload.

5. AI Features

Some features process your content using third-party AI providers acting as our processors. AI output may contain inaccuracies; you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it. We do not use your private content to train public models.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful, infringing or harmful content, to attempt unauthorised access, reverse engineer the Service, or interfere with its operation or security.

7. Termination

You may cancel anytime from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or non-payment.

8. Disclaimer & Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. StoresWiki LLC's aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy; the courts of Catania (CT) have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
